About The Position

As a Lead Merchandiser, you’ll keep Viking Coca-Cola looking sharp and running smooth across our customer locations—protecting freshness, driving standards, and keeping accounts ready for what’s next. You’ll lead by example on the floor, support sales initiatives, and keep communication flowing between store teams, sales reps, and drivers. You’ll also train and coach FT/PT Merchandisers and provide vacation coverage for Sales Bulk Reps.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and clear communication
• Merchandising/display building; inventory accuracy and attention to detail
• Comfortable with handheld devices and independent decision-making
• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack
• Lift/move up to 2,200 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Merchandising to standards
• Rotating product
• Managing inventory and handheld order entry
• Building displays/promotions
• Maintaining cleanliness at customer sites
• Completing required paperwork
• Stepping in for delivery support or driver shortages when needed
• Training and coaching FT/PT Merchandisers
• Providing vacation coverage for Sales Bulk Reps
