Lead Membership Sales Associate
About The Position
Perspire is the original Infrared Sauna Studio! We strive to provide the services and environment necessary to bring both personal and professional development to each of our team members. The culture of Perspire has been designed to make people feel seen and heard and that starts with our team members. We are looking for a candidate who has experience in one-to-one sales, who is reliable and radiates positive energy. This position is primarily responsible for leading monthly sales initiatives, customer service, maintaining a clean studio environment, and selling memberships to guests. Each of our team members are critical to our business because they set the pace for every guest’s experience which impacts our studio's growth on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage comfortably with customers
- Reliable and punctual; must adhere to scheduled shifts consistently
- Enthusiastic about health, wellness, and benefits of sauna and red light therapy
- Proactive and self-motivated; able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Comfortable with handling inquiries, providing information, and addressing customer concerns
- Comfortable with one-on-one sales
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, Drive, and other Google applications

- MindBody software experience
Responsibilities
- Attend sales call with our corporate office 1 to 2x a week
- Prepare the team for upcoming promotions
- Prepare the studio for upcoming promotions (print/create collateral to display, schedule automated text and email campaigns)
- Set goals and track sales progress, daily
- Forecast monthly revenue
- Sell memberships in a commission-based atmosphere
- Understand and speak to the science, technology, and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy
- Use our software to manage appointments and make sales. MindBody software experience is a plus!
- Administer studio tours for new guests, answer all questions about services and the facility
- Provide consistent, top-notch customer service
- Maintain clean facility and studio appearance
- Assist with turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
- Assist with administrative duties such as database entry and membership assistance
