About The Position
Performs and communicates both routine and complex laboratory procedures and analyses according to established procedures and policies within the Clinical Laboratory department of a medical center focused on adult care. Under the direction of laboratory leadership, takes on lead responsibility for the operation of a specific laboratory area. Acts as a technical resource and provides leadership to the team working in that area.
Requirements
- Experience performing routine and complex laboratory procedures and analyses.
- Ability to communicate procedures and results.
- Understanding of established procedures and policies within a Clinical Laboratory department.
- Experience in a medical center focused on adult care.
- Experience taking on lead responsibility for a laboratory area.
- Technical resource skills.
