We offer 24-hour emergency care, plus most major medical, surgical and diagnostic services. $5,000 Sign - on Bonus Available Responsibilities Under the direction of laboratory management, is responsible for leading all aspects of operation in assigned section/team/department, including preparation and maintenance of records, reports, policies and procedures; analysis of testing methodologies, employee training/staffing, technical oversight, and compliance. Works in collaboration with team members to ensure that tasks, priorities, goals and achievements are coordinated with management. Assist with test validations, regulatory compliance, quality control/assurance, and maintenance within assigned area. Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing, monitoring, treating and preventing disease.
