Requirements
- Up to $5,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months
Responsibilities
- Performs all duties of a Medical Technologist in the section/shift to which the individual is assigned.
- In the absence of the section/shift supervisor, performs additional supervisory duties; accepts full responsibility for the respective section/shift production of accurate, timely laboratory results.
- Assists laboratory administration with troubleshooting C.Q.I. incidents, arranging staff coverage, etc.
- Demonstrates commitment and accountability for implementation, communications, and monitoring of the Compliance Program.
- Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
