About The Position
The Lead Medical Instructor will oversee and coordinate advanced medical training for up to 12 participants while ensuring training activities are properly integrated with the military exercise. This is a temporary training assignment in the San Diego / Camp Pendleton, California area, including daytime and nighttime activities during scheduled exercise events.
Requirements
- Strong experience in advanced, emergency, or tactical medical training.
- Experience leading instructors or medical training activities.
- Strong knowledge of realistic scenario-based medical training.
- Ability to coordinate with military and Government personnel.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise medical training activities.
- Coordinate training schedules and exercise requirements.
- Oversee realistic medical scenarios and Full Mission Profile events.
- Ensure instructors, equipment, and training materials are prepared and ready.
