About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Lead Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles of various makes and models. The role includes routine maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, repairing or replacing faulty components, inspecting vehicles for safety, and keeping accurate records of work performed. The ideal candidate has proven mechanic experience, strong mechanical knowledge, proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment, and the ability to work independently and with a team. A Master Level Certification is required.
Requirements
- Four years of auto repair experience.
- Driver's License.
- State of Michigan or ASE Master Automotive Repair License.
- Master Level Certification.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and components.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on vehicles.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and propose solutions.
