As our Lead Massage Therapist, you'll serve as a clinical resource, coach, and culture leader. You'll help develop therapists, support continuing education, maintain high treatment standards, and partner with spa leadership to create an exceptional workplace where therapists can build rewarding, long-term careers.

Requirements

Active Texas Massage Therapist License in good standing.
Strong clinical massage skills with a client-first approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for developing others and raising the standard of massage therapy.

Nice To Haves

Previous leadership, mentoring, training, or coaching experience is preferred.
Experience with Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Prenatal, Sports Massage, or other advanced modalities is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of licensed massage therapists.
Support onboarding, training, and ongoing skill development.
Demonstrate excellence through your own therapeutic sessions.
Promote best practices in treatment quality, professionalism, and guest experience.
Assist with introducing new modalities, techniques, and product knowledge.
Partner with spa leadership to strengthen therapist performance, engagement, and retention.
Foster a collaborative, positive, and supportive team culture.
Help maintain treatment room standards and operational excellence.
