About The Position

Pindrop.com is undergoing a complete rebrand and rebuilding its website for the AI era, reflecting the company's AI-driven product. The new website aims to be fast, personalized, intelligent, and discoverable by both humans and AI agents. This senior individual contributor role will establish the technical foundation, shape the strategy, and execute the development of the website. The position requires a developer with a strategic mindset for web strategy, capable of writing code, diagnosing Core Web Vitals, and understanding the impact on pipeline. The role treats AI as infrastructure, focusing on shipping innovative solutions that leverage AI for business value. The position reports to the VP of Brand & Community and collaborates daily with Demand Gen, Marketing Ops, and Design. The individual will own the digital experience as a performance-driven system, responsible for its architecture, performance, and conversion effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 12+ years owning web performance end-to-end, with a proven track record in development execution and data-driven decisions.
  • B2B SaaS or enterprise website experience, understanding how a website drives pipeline.
  • Daily, fluent use of AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) with real examples of built, automated, or accelerated work.
  • Deep hands-on experience with WordPress and experience in Webflow.
  • Strong front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), capable of building from a design file and debugging independently.
  • Proven success in improving Core Web Vitals and technical SEO/AEO.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4 and GTM: implementation, QA, and attribution.
  • Working knowledge of website integrations with analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ownership of outcomes: proactive diagnosis of site slowness or conversion issues.
  • Treats AI as a serious professional tool with demonstrable application in work.
  • Data-driven and decisive, able to articulate next steps in a funnel.
  • High QA bar for performance, tracking, and design before go-live.
  • Strong communication skills, providing clear recommendations to leadership.
  • Builder's mindset with strong judgment, challenging assumptions and bringing a point of view.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in cybersecurity, fraud, contact center, or AI/ML products.
  • Experience shipping AI-powered web features (personalization, RAG-backed content, chat interfaces, agentic experiences).
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
  • Headless CMS or modern framework experience (React, Next.js).
  • Experience with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO).

Responsibilities

  • Own the website Pindrop.com: architecture, performance, uptime, and all pages shipped.
  • Build from design to live, maintain low tech debt, and uphold Core Web Vitals standards with a mobile-first approach.
  • Implement automated testing as a standard practice.
  • Build an AI-native experience for both human visitors and AI agents, incorporating LLM-ready structure, schema, and content with personalization and dynamic content capabilities.
  • Prototype and measure agentic and RAG-backed experiences against pipeline.
  • Own on-site conversion across demo, content, and product journeys.
  • Partner with Demand Gen on landing pages, run experiments with clear hypotheses, and scale successful initiatives.
  • Ensure every page is instrumented from day one for UTM tracking, forms, and clean CRM handoff.
  • Own web data quality across GA4, GTM, and BI.
  • Build dashboards that drive decision-making and proactively surface underperformance with recommendations.
