Requirements

Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph
Minimum of 10 years relevant experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience developing and maintaining websites using Joomla or similar content management systems.
Working knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, and related tools).
Experience administering SharePoint site collections.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage content accuracy across multiple platforms.
Ability to translate customer communication goals into effective web and visual content.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting both internal and external customer-facing websites.
Graphic design experience using industry-standard tools.
Familiarity with web accessibility standards and best practices.
Experience working in a government or mission-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of customer internal and external websites using Joomla and related web technologies.
Serve as the SharePoint Collection Administrator, managing site structure, permissions, and content integrity.
Update and manage website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with customer standards.
Develop and maintain graphics content for websites, placemats, newsletters, and other communication materials.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop communication plans and strategic roadmaps aligned to customer objectives and recommend solutions to leadership.
Identify, evaluate, and support implementation of emerging website technologies to improve performance and user experience
