About The Position
As a Lead Manufacturing Technician at Honeywell, you will oversee and enhance manufacturing processes, ensure high-quality production standards, and optimize a value stream to achieve operational excellence. You will report to the Manufacturing Manager and work onsite in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The role supports the efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing operations through continuous improvement initiatives and by fostering a culture of safety and quality within the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment focused on process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Experience with manufacturing equipment and tools, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies.
- Ability to coordinate a team effectively and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a U.S. person as defined for export-control compliance, or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.

- Associate's degree in Manufacturing Technology or a related field.
