About The Position

The Lead Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) will work in a production shop environment to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance. Green Cell is undergoing a transformation during 2026-2027, as we are moving our T700 Midframe production line across the plant to implement 4 single-piece flow lines, which will expose them to lean principles and techniques. In addition, Green Cell has 6 NPI hardware components being introduced (T700 Exhaust Frame, T700 Spacer Ring, F110 components, and T901 components). This is an invaluable opportunity to be in a dynamic area with regular report outs and visibility to senior leadership. The Production Supervisor will be coached and given autonomy to have a fulfilling role with plenty of opportunity to learn and grow. High opportunity area for RCCA and process improvement.
