Responsible for coordinating and executing the building maintenance program at assigned commercial properties. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing various building systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment. The Lead Maintenance Technician will also assist with installations, modifications, and replacements of building finishes. A key aspect of the role is to troubleshoot, evaluate, and recommend improvements to maintenance operations and identify cost-saving opportunities. The position requires the ability to use and care for maintenance tools and equipment, respond promptly to emergencies and service requests, and inspect buildings for safety and maintenance needs. Additionally, the role involves maintaining fire and life safety systems, performing general housekeeping and snow removal, and adhering to all applicable codes and safety practices. Proficiency in using technology such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and building automation systems is necessary. The role also requires completing all scheduled safety training and adhering to the company's dress code.
