Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• technical certification or degree in a related field is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate and oversee repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory management.
• Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior maintenance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
