About The Position

Tonti is seeking a hands-on maintenance leader to support a property's maintenance operations and help keep the community safe, attractive, and fully functional. The Lead Maintenance Technician works hand-in-hand with the Property Manager, completing work orders, assisting with preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, coordinating vendors, and supporting curb appeal standards. The role's leadership helps drive quality and efficiency and contributes to a positive living experience for residents.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
• Prior experience leading a maintenance team.
• HVAC or Universal EPA Certification.
• Prior experience with HVAC installation.
• Strong knowledge of and safe operation of tools and equipment, including hand tools, power tools, user-moved aids, mechanical equipment, and measuring devices.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues independently and efficiently.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal tools.
