Cohen-Esrey Communities, LLC. is currently seeking a Maintenance Lead for our property at Lofts at Ventura, San Antonio, TX. Come join our team and experience our AMAZING culture! Requirements
- 2+ years Maintenance Supervisor Experience
- 3+ years of Maintenance Experience including light plumbing and electrical
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly
- Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
- Valid Driver's License
- Basic tools required, to include personal smart phone technology
Nice To Haves
- Proven 2+ years of HVAC experience
- HVAC Certified
Responsibilities
- Ensuring prompt customer service to all maintenance repair requests
- Preparing vacant units in preparation for new resident move-ins through direct supervision
- Assuring that the property meets all Cohen-Esrey standards for safety and appearance
- Keeping track of inventory
- Partnering with management on priorities and budget
