About The Position

Graver Technologies, LLC, a U.S.-based company serving global industrial filtration, separation, and purification needs, is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician. This role will oversee maintenance operations within a manufacturing plant to support facility and/or equipment needs. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 10-15 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with CMMS software such as MaintainX, Fiix, Maximo, or similar (preferred but not required).
  • Welding and fabrication experience are a plus.
  • Willingness to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to read and speak English.
  • Detail oriented with good analytical & troubleshooting skills.
  • Willingness to receive any additional training required.
  • Able to learn the duties described above, as well as other jobs in the facility as required.
  • Manual dexterity & ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Able to be flexible in work assignments within job description & flexible to shift requirements.

  • Basic computer skills PC and software
  • Experience with pneumatics, PLC’s, and general electrical knowledge
  • Ability to climb ladders.
  • Ability to operate high reach.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain forklift license and operate forklift safely.
  • Able to be on call (part time) to address maintenance issues within 2 hours when maintenance personnel are not scheduled to be onsite.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CMMS software such as MaintainX, Fiix, Maximo, or similar
  • Welding and fabrication experience

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment.
  • Start up and shut down equipment in accordance with company safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
  • Utilize electrical test equipment to isolate defects in electrical equipment.
  • Service electronic equipment by checking, testing, and replacing faulty components.
  • Identify equipment and material needs for projects, and read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Coordinate project needs with Maintenance & Production Supervisors/Managers.
  • Assist in training and skill upgrading of other maintenance personnel and production associates.
  • Demonstrate continuous proficiency in the job skill level.
  • Participate in plant emergencies and maintain necessary certifications/training.
  • Complete thorough repairs and proactively initiate work orders based on PM or PdM findings.
  • Maximize equipment reliability by efficiently executing work orders and PM tasks.
  • Accurately document activities, resources, and completion codes.
  • Analyze reports to recommend improvements for asset operability, reliability, and safety.
  • Request necessary repair parts as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and pneumatic systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and control systems.
  • Monitor and perform basic repairs on building support equipment (Air Compressors, HVAC systems, lighting, water usage, fire/life/safety etc.).
  • Assist all departments (R&D, Engineering, Front Office and Lab) with mechanical functions.
  • Respond to all building-related security/safety issues.
