Requirements
- Currently working as a Maintenance Technician and looking for an opportunity to grow into a Team Lead or Lead Maintenance role.
- Previous experience as a Lead Maintenance Technician, Lead Technician, or in a similar leadership role preferred.
- Experience in repairing and/or maintaining the following: Electrical Systems, Plumbing, Appliances, Flooring, Carpentry, Heating and Air Systems/HVAC, Pools
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
- Ability to work independently, lead and as a part of a team.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
- Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.
- Consistently exemplifying the Wasatch brand.
