About The Position

Dominium is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for Regency Palms, a 200-unit apartment community in Port Richey, Florida. The technician is responsible for the property’s general appearance and maintenance, helping provide residents with a positive living experience. The role includes completing repairs and preventative maintenance, preparing vacant apartments, and supervising site maintenance personnel and other staff as assigned. Occasional on-call duties may be required; a trip stipend is provided if called back to the site after regular work hours.

Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair.
• A valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Nice To Haves

• Two to three years of previous maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the property for repairs or replacements that may be needed.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Help prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Supervise site maintenance personnel and other staff as assigned.
• Perform occasional on-call duties; a trip stipend is provided if called back to the site after regular work hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
