About The Position
The Lead General Maintenance Technician (GMT) works directly with clients, engineering leadership, and vendors to keep the building operational. The GMT will perform ongoing facility maintenance and complete repairs on various equipment, perform minor repairs to Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP’s) equipment, and ensure client satisfaction.
