About The Position

Build a Brand-New Community from Day One
The Martino Group is seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Lead Maintenance Technician to lead maintenance operations for a brand-new Class A apartment community delivering in the next 60 days. This is not a typical maintenance role. This is an opportunity to set the standard, build your team, and take ownership of a luxury asset from first unit delivered through full stabilization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of maintenance experience
• 3+ years HVAC experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry

• Leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure all units meet Class A make-ready standards
• Identify and resolve construction or punch issues
• Maintain curb appeal and overall condition
• Oversee work orders, turns, and preventative maintenance
• Perform repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Train, mentor, and manage maintenance staff
• Delegate work and ensure quality and timeliness
• Coordinate vendors and manage contracts
• Ensure work meets company standards and budget
• Deliver fast, professional service
• Maintain strong communication with residents and management
