About The Position

This role involves conducting routine preventive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues, and assisting with the installation of new machinery. The Lead - Maintenance Tech will maintain accurate records, adhere to safety protocols, and support inventory management. Collaboration with the production team to minimize downtime and participation in safety audits are key aspects of the position. Additionally, the role includes providing technical support and guidance to team members and assisting in cross-training initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role.
• Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Experience with using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Technical certification or diploma in a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, or specialized machinery (advantageous).
