About The Position

Freudenberg Residential Filtration Technologies Inc. is seeking a Lead - Maintenance Tech to join their team. This role involves conducting routine preventive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues, and assisting with the installation of new machinery. The position requires adherence to safety protocols, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the production team to minimize downtime. The Lead - Maintenance Tech will also provide technical support and guidance to other team members and participate in cross-training initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role.
• Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Experience with using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Technical certification or diploma in a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, or specialized machinery is advantageous.
