About The Position

The North Conway Grand Hotel, under the management of Olympia Hospitality, is seeking a Lead Maintenance Tech. This role contributes to the hotel's commitment to high quality guest satisfaction and teamwork by safely and efficiently maintaining the property. Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment. The employee may also direct the work of other maintenance staff, delegating tasks and instructing them in various building and mechanical trades. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow into a future Chief Engineer.

Ability to safely and correctly use power tools and equipment.
Knowledge of occupational hazards and required safety precautions.
Minimum 2 years of general building maintenance or equivalent in a trade profession.

Nice To Haves

Vocational School Certification preferred.
Certified Pool Operator (if property has pool or water park).
