Reporting to the Superintendent or Senior Lead Maintenance, the Lead, Maintenance Systems is responsible for coordinating maintenance activities across major mining and processing assets and supporting the full maintenance lifecycle within SAP S4/HANA. This role works collaboratively with maintenance trades, planners, supervisors, and operations to ensure accurate work requests, effective resource coordination, and high-quality maintenance records. To be successful, we are looking for someone with strong communication skills, solid technical understanding of mining equipment and operations, proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (such as SAP), exceptional organizational ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to perform effectively in fast paced environments while managing competing priorities. Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution is essential.
