Requirements
- Solid maintenance experience in a residential or apartment setting.
- HVAC certification is required.
- Reliability, good judgment, and a steady approach to the work.

Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance operations while handling repairs alongside your team.
- Keep service requests on track.
- Ensure apartments are turned properly.
- Maintain the overall condition of the community.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues.
- Coordinate with vendors when needed.
- Manage supplies and equipment.
- Help ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
