Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
4+ years of experience in position
Responsibilities
Sort and distribute incoming mail
Process all incoming and outgoing envelopes and packages from services such as United Parcel Service and Federal Express, and any overnight delivery
Determine and affix postage and maintain records on postage, registered mail and packages.
Prepare inter-branch bags for delivery
May coordinate delivery of documents to record management/shredding companies
May perform other administrative tasks such as ordering such as ordering and storing office supplies, filing correspondence and other documents, sending and receiving faxes, photocopying and doing computer data entry.
