About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Lead Machine Operator to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who has a strong background operating manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting machinery, leading teams, and maintaining production efficiency during overnight operations. The successful candidate will spend approximately 85% of their time on the production floor, actively supporting machine operations, assisting operators, monitoring productivity, and ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are achieved.

Requirements

• Machine operating experience in a manufacturing, production, packaging, converting, food production, plastics, or similar industrial environment
• Comfortable working 12-hour overnight shifts
• Demonstrated leadership experience or the ability to lead and coach production teams
• Strong mechanical aptitude and advanced troubleshooting skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where safety, quality, and productivity are top priorities
• At least one (1) year previous Lead Machine Operator or Production Lead experience
• High School Diploma or GED
