The Lead LPN is primarily accountable for the effective clinical and personnel management of the unit for a given shift. The role involves observing and collecting thorough patient information, safely implementing individualized patient care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team. The Lead LPN will also undertake administrative responsibilities assigned by the Nurse Manager based on program needs.
