About The Position

Are you passionate about food and ready to take your culinary skills to the next level? We’re looking for a vibrant, dedicated fully on-site, full-time Sports Pub Lead Line Cook to join our team in our casual dining restaurant, The Sports Pub. In this exciting role, you’ll prepare delicious dishes, maintain a spotless workstation, and contribute to a positive dining experience for our valued members. This is a full-time, fully on-site position.

Requirements

One year of experience as a line cook or in a similar position; a culinary arts degree is a plus.
A valid food-handler’s permit.
Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
Culinary techniques, knife handling, and sanitation.
Proficient in using all kitchen equipment and a keen understanding of sanitation practices.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
Effective verbal and written communication skills to ensure smooth teamwork.
A friendly demeanor and the ability to build strong relationships with your coworkers.
Ability to fulfill the physical requirements of the job including, but not limited to, standing for long shifts 100% of the time in high temperature environments and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
