About The Position

We are a busy and well regarded food trailer active in and around the DMV. Catalyst is known for serving the highest quality hot dogs available made locally by Roseda Farms with premium black angus, dry-aged beef and creating their own signature chili and relish from scratch. Catalyst owner and operator Chris Van Jura is a New Jersey native and 20-year hospitality veteran who envisioned and launched Catalyst at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Born from the desperation of two pandemic layoffs, Van Jura’s Catalyst is now a can’t-miss staple of the food truck community and DMV area. We are in the process of opening our first location in the Fall of 2026 in Burtonsville, MD.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality hot dogs using premium black angus, dry-aged beef.
• Create signature chili and relish from scratch.
• Work in a high volume, fast-paced food trailer environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
