We are looking for a passionate and skilled Line Cook to join our team and bring consistency, flavor, and precision to every plate. As a Line Cook, you’ll play a crucial role in the kitchen, ensuring every dish meets our high standards. From prep to plating, you’ll be responsible for executing our menu with consistency, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and working efficiently under pressure.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in food preparation.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and follow through on assignments.
  • Clear thinking and problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Ability to meet tight production schedules while maintaining professionalism.
  • Comfort working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with exposure to heat and stress.
  • Ability to follow and adjust recipes as needed to meet demand.
  • Stand for the entire shift
  • Frequently reach, bend, and stoop frequently
  • Lift and carry up to 40 lbs multiple times per shift over medium distances
  • Communicate effectively with team members

Responsibilities

  • Handle, store, and rotate food properly to ensure freshness and safety.
  • Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and plating specifications.
  • Maintain a sanitary and efficient workspace throughout prep and service.
  • Set up the steam table with proper water levels, heat food to correct temperatures, and ensure everything is ready for service.
  • Maintain par levels by keeping the steam table stocked, heated, and service-ready.
  • Follow prep lists from the Executive Chef or Sous Chef, ensuring all ingredients are properly prepared and stored.
  • Cook and assemble menu items from the station, ensuring quality and consistency.
