Columbia Hospitality is seeking a Lead Line Cook to join their team at the World Trade Center. This role is responsible for preparing daily preparation requirements, maintaining par levels, and preparing new menu items under the direction of a supervisor. The Lead Line Cook ensures attractive and consistent presentations of food items, interacts with and supervises line cooks, and handles customer requests in a timely manner. They are also responsible for setting up, re-stocking, maintaining, and cleaning food preparation areas, conducting product inventories, ordering and receiving product, and ensuring team adherence to grooming, sanitation, and safe food handling standards. This position also oversees all opening and closing kitchen procedures.
