About The Position

The Lead or Master Plumber performs advanced (senior-level) installation, maintenance, and repair work of plumbing systems and components. He or She supervises, leads and coordinates and participates in the maintenance and repair of other FOM systems and fixtures. Primarily, hands on work involves assembling, installing, or repairing pipes, backflow inspections (both domestic and fire/life safety), fittings, or fixtures of heating, water, surge arresters, installing expansion tanks and/or draining systems. Works under no supervision, with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Can trouble shoot and determine path forward on repairs. Also experience working in a commercial plumbing environment is a must.

Requirements

Experience working in a commercial plumbing environment is a must.
Must possess a Lead or Master Plumber qualification.
Ability to perform advanced installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems.
Proficiency in assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
Experience with backflow inspections (domestic and fire/life safety).
Skilled in installing expansion tanks and draining systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and determine repair solutions independently.
Works under no supervision, with extensive latitude for initiative and independent judgment.
