About The Position
Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Licensed Plumber to join our team in Hertford, NC. Open to Skillbridge applicants. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A final U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start is required.
Requirements
- Current Class 1 (P-1) License in North Carolina
- Customer service experience
- U.S. Citizenship required for security clearance
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start

Responsibilities
- Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures (toilets, sinks, water heaters) for water, gas, and drainage systems
- Diagnose plumbing issues, clear clogs, fix leaks, and maintain high-pressure steam or hot water heating systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, building specifications, and layout drawings to determine pipe locations
- Adhere to local plumbing codes, safety standards, and regulations, including inspecting systems for safety
- Communicate with clients, provide cost estimates, and offer professional repair solutions
