About The Position

As the Lead Level Artist, you will drive the overall quality, visual consistency, and artistic delivery of all environments crafted by the Map team. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, your role is to lead, mentor, and empower the Level Art team by bridging creative, technical, and gameplay objectives to build environments that feel immersive, readable, and structurally optimized. You will partner with the Lead Level Designer to guarantee alignment between design goals and aesthetic execution, while collaborating daily with the Technical Director to navigate technical requirements, ingame tools, and workflows that promote efficient, scalable production. The ideal candidate blends strong artistic ingenuity with a pragmatic focus on delivery milestones, ensuring that creative flair always serves broader production goals. They bring exceptional discipline and structure to team oversight, combined with the agility to pivot strategies whenever project demands shift.   • Act as a clear channel for Level Art requirements across Art, Technical, Game Direction, and Production.

  • Support other departments to ensure smooth content integration.
