Requirements

Previous landscape installation experience required.
Strong knowledge of landscape installation practices and materials.
Ability to identify common landscape plants, shrubs, and trees.
Ability to lead by example and motivate a team.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

Crew leadership or foreperson experience preferred.
Experience with grading, drainage, and hardscape installation is a plus.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and work alongside installation crews on landscape and hardscape projects.
Install trees, shrubs, perennials, mulch, edging, sod, drainage systems, pavers, retaining walls, and other landscape features.
Read and execute landscape designs and installation plans.
Coordinate daily jobsite activities and maintain production goals.
Train and mentor crew members.
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards.
Operate landscaping equipment, skid steers, compact equipment, and power tools safely.
Maintain clean, organized jobsites, trucks, and equipment.
Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and customers.
