DESCRIPTION: Join our collaborative team as a Lead Lab Technician, where you'll contribute to scientific discovery and improving global health. You'll lead and execute laboratory processes, ensure quality standards, and contribute to research and development initiatives. You'll work with cross-functional teams to advance innovation while maintaining high standards of testing excellence and safety protocols. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to biopharmaceutical process development and manufacturing, working with advanced technology and contributing to life-changing therapies.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent laboratory experience
  • 2+ years of laboratory experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology settings
  • Strong knowledge of analytical techniques including Total Organic Carbon, UV spectroscopy, and other common lab instrumentation
  • Experience in testing for product specifications, regulatory compliance, and quality control
  • Proficiency in laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and data analysis software
  • Experience with handling and filtering biopharmaceutical products
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional team members
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with laboratory maintenance and calibration procedures
  • Strong communication skills
