Requirements

• High School diploma required, at minimum.
• Minimum of two years of phlebotomy in a clinical type setting is required.
• Experience must be strong in Phlebotomy.
• Excellent people skills a must.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position; Also, this position DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.
• A resume needs to be included for your application to be considered.
• Foreign trained lab personnel provide a detailed equivalency High School evaluation to include US equivalent degree at the applicant's expense.

Nice To Haves

• Management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists supervisor in managing the daily operations of the specimen collection and processing.
• Acts as supervisor in the absence of the supervisor.
• Functions as a Phlebotomist when not performing supervisory duties (90%).
