The Lead Kitchen Worker is responsible for communicating with management and leading the kitchen worker staff. This role involves washing, cleaning, and polishing equipment to ensure it is ready for use, as well as sorting and cleaning dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and ashtrays. The position also requires maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards. Employees are expected to be prompt, present, and prepared for all scheduled shifts and must adhere to the Wynn Las Vegas Stewarding Department standards. Any other duties assigned by the Department Management are also the responsibility of the Lead Kitchen Worker.
