As a Lead Kitchen worker, you will be responsible for communicating with management and leading the kitchen worker staff. Your duties will include washing, cleaning, and polishing equipment to ensure it is ready for use, as well as sorting and cleaning dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and ashtrays. You will maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of your work area and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards. You will also be responsible for completing any other duties assigned by the Department Management. Employees are expected to be prompt, present, and prepared for all scheduled shifts and must adhere to the Wynn Las Vegas Stewarding Department standards.
