Lead Java Developer
About The Position
Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level applications and solutions. Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and delivery. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and architects to define technical requirements and solution strategies. Drive architecture solutioning for cloud-based and enterprise applications, primarily within the Azure ecosystem. Contribute hands-on development in Java and support front-end or integration efforts where JavaScript knowledge is beneficial. Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions. Support modernization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across systems and applications. Mentor team members and promote strong engineering standards. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Overall minimum 7 years of experience as Java/J2EE Developer
- Must have Pharmacy Benefits Management experience.
- Must have strong experience on JavaScript.
- Must have experience on Azure.
- Must have Multi Cloud Solution Designer experience.
- Must have Healthcare experience.
