About The Position

Under general supervision of the Inventory Manager or another supervisory or management-level position within the Distribution Center, the Lead Inventory Clerk is responsible for accurately maintaining detailed records of finished goods in existing inventory. The role is based in Spanaway, Washington, and is listed as a second-shift position. The workplace is described as having a friendly, appreciative, family atmosphere.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Accurately count finished goods in primary warehouse locations.
• Make appropriate adjustments to inventory levels.
• Research inventory-level discrepancies as needed.
• Provide internal and external customer support.
• Help develop and implement new processes and procedures when necessary.
• Comply with applicable policies, procedures, and safety rules.
• Work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory.
• Assist in managing consolidation assignments.
• Create and maintain cycle-count reporting and adjustments as instructed.
• Collaborate with the team to manage over/under picks.
• Proactively perform other duties as assigned.
