Requirements

Strong math proficiency through calculus
Passion for math and working with students
Excellent interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and be trained
High motivation, commitment, patience, and enthusiasm
Desire to work through the entire school year is required
Previous math teaching or tutoring experience is required
All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

Classroom and/or one-on-one mathematics teaching experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Teach math to students in kindergarten through high school using the Mathnasium Method™.
Work with a variety of students at different grade levels.
Conduct all Mathnasium work at the Mathnasium Center, with no homework to correct or lesson plans to develop outside of work hours.
