The Lead Instructional Coach supports a team of Rollins coaches and leads coaching across the continuum. This role ensures the organization implements instructional and coaching practices with fidelity and consistency across sites and classrooms. The Lead Instructional Coach strengthens coaching quality by modeling effective coaching practices, providing targeted feedback, and building team capacity in language-rich instruction and adult learning. In partnership with the Director of Coaching, the Lead Instructional Coach supports implementation planning, coaches new team members through onboarding, and builds strong relationships with school and partner teams to support effective collaboration. This role uses multiple data sources to guide coaching priorities, support goal setting, and adjust coaching supports based on evidence of educator practice and child outcomes. The Lead Instructional Coach also leads team meetings and professional learning communities and leverages tools such as Cox Campus and video coaching to support ongoing learning and coherence across the team. The Lead Instructional Coach maintains a strong focus on sustainability by building partner capacity and supporting systems that promote continued implementation.
