Lead Installation Technician
About The Position
This role is for a Lead Installation Technician with strong residential HVAC installation experience. Requirements
- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, wiring diagrams, and startup procedures.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to satisfy lawful pre-employment screening requirements, if applicable.
Nice To Haves
- EPA certification preferred
- NATE certification
- Leadership experience
Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish.
- Install equipment, ductwork, controls, thermostats, zoning, and indoor air quality products.
- Test, start up, and verify system performance, safety, and code compliance.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and mentor apprentice installers.
