HVAC - Lead Install Technician
About The Position
BelRed Energy Solutions is celebrating its 35th anniversary and is seeking a residential Lead HVAC Install Technician. The Lead HVAC Install Technician will be responsible for installing new HVAC systems, ducting, and related accessories according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications. They will also pre-measure job sites, ensure compliance with appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act, track repairs in Service Titan, and engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes, while also recommending products and services.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of HVAC installation experience preferred
- An outstanding work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
- Professionalism, you take pride in your work and your appearance
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors.
- Willing to submit to and pass pre-employment background check and drug test
Responsibilities
- Install new HVAC systems, ducting, and related accessories
- Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan
- Engage with customer/client to inform them of issue, solution and outcome; recommend products and services for optimal system performance
