Masters Heating & Cooling is offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus for a skilled and experienced HVAC Install Technician to join their team. The role primarily works in the residential change-out market and performs installation, modification, and overhaul of air conditioning systems, furnaces, and related accessories. The Lead Install Technician will take accountability and have ownership to lead a high-performing installation team.

Requirements

3+ years HVAC Installing experience required
EPA Certification
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
Work out of our Indianapolis, IN location

Nice To Haves

Maintaining and/or repairing HVAC Systems in addition to installing is a plus!
HVAC Certification
Service Titan or similar

Responsibilities

Perform installation, modification, and overhaul of air conditioning systems, furnaces, and related accessories.
Lead a high-performing installation team.
Mentor and train less experienced technicians.
Take accountability and ownership of team performance.
Deliver exceptional service for the company and customers.
