About The Position

Masters Heating & Cooling is offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus for a skilled and experienced HVAC Install Technician to join their team. The Masters Heating & Cooling team has proudly served the Indianapolis area for nearly 30 years. This position primarily works in the residential change out market and performs installation, modification, and overhaul, of air conditioning systems, furnaces, and related accessories. The ideal candidate will take accountability and have ownership to lead a high performing installation team, possess a customer-focused mindset with active listening and attention to detail, and find solutions to best meet customer's needs. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, planning, organizing, problem analysis, and great judgment are also essential. The role requires a team focus on achieving common goals, the ability to continue to learn skills of the trade and keep current on industry trends, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service for the company and its customers.

Requirements

3+ years HVAC Installing experience required
EPA Certification
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver’s License and good driving record

Nice To Haves

Maintaining and/or repairing HVAC Systems in addition to installing is a plus!
HVAC Certification
Service Titan or similar

Responsibilities

Installation, modification, and overhaul, of air conditioning systems, furnaces, and related accessories.
Lead a high performing installation team.
Mentor & train the next generation of HVAC pros.
