About The Position

Asher Med is seeking a fully remote Lead Implementation Specialist to own the performance and outcomes of the Partner Checkpoint System. This role is responsible for leading the Implementation team and ensuring partners successfully progress through each stage—from activation to growth and beyond. This is not an execution role. You are not responsible for doing the work of individual specialists—you are responsible for ensuring the system works and produces results. You will manage a team of Implementation Specialists across Marketing, Sales, Growth, and Reengagement, holding them accountable to high standards and driving performance across all stages. The ideal candidate is a strong operator and leader who can manage people, identify bottlenecks, and ensure consistent partner progression and revenue outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years experience in leadership and people management experience
  • Proven ability to hold individuals and team accountable to performance and outcomes
  • Experience managing performance metrics and driving team results
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead, coach, and direct others
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability remote environment
  • Experience in operations, client success, implementation, or team leadership roles is a plus
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and resolve bottlenecks

Responsibilities

  • Own system-wide partner progression across all stages of the Partner Checkpoint System
  • Lead and manage Implementation Specialists (Marketing, Sales, Growth, Reengagement)
  • Set performance expectations and hold specialists accountable to outcomes, not activity
  • Monitor stage performance metrics including activation, first orders, growth, and reengagement
  • Identify bottlenecks in partner progression and deploy solutions quickly
  • Run weekly performance reviews and maintain visibility into system health
  • Ensure no partners remain stalled without intervention
  • Enforce operational standards, communication quality, and consistency across the team
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility across all stages
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and development of Implementation Specialists
  • Act as the escalation point for complex partner situations
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve systems, processes, and training
